FALL PRE-SEASON PREP TRAINING
The fall Pre-Season Prep Program is designed to keep your wrestler involved in wrestling to keep them crisp for the start of the season in November. We understand the busy life of our athletes who are also involved in fall sports, but feel it is important to keep the muscle memory engaged so as not to start the season "stale" in November. Many of these guys put in a ton of work this summer! We want to keep them polished so when the season starts, they have an advantage over the competition.
Athletes will be exposed to the following in the pre-season prep program:
1. Drill review
2. Supplemental technique
3. Live wrestling
4. Mini-practice type workouts
